Pelle keeps your payment information secure. Pelle shops never receive your credit card information.

PayPal and all major debit cards  and credit cards accepted.

Shipping

 

GENERAL:

Items must be shipped to the address on file. We cannot alter the shipping address once a purchase has been made.

If you want insurance, signature confirmation, express shipping or anything else not mentioned below, please contact us prior to purchase, we are happy to work with your needs! We are unable to alter shipping options after purchase.

We ship via Reputed Shipping Agents . Cost is based on package weight. Large shipments may need to be shipped in more than one box. We will ship to the address on the account. No exceptions.

Most orders are processed within 72 hours excluding holidays and weekends unless otherwise noted.

If an item is returned to us by the post office for any reason, other than our mistake, the purchaser is responsible for the original shipping cost plus any additional shipping cost to resend the order. We will contact the buyer when we receive the item, if the return shipping payment is not received within 3 days of contact the both the item and purchase costs are forfeit.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

All international packages will be shipped by Our Shipping partners .
First Class takes 10-45 business days depending on customs processing times and tracking information is not available.
Any packages over 3.5lbs must be shipped USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail.

Customs, Duties, Import Taxes, VAT, etc. will be the responsibility of the buyer and international packages will include item description and price paid. US law requires accurate information on customs documents. We will not falsify costs or contents of the package, NO EXCEPTIONS, please do not ask.

If an item is returned to us because the customer refuses to pay import fees and/or customs charges the item is forfeit, payment is forfeit and the item is re-listed immediately.

We are not responsible for items lost during shipment or detained in customs.
International Buyers– Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges will not be reimbursed by Pelle for any reason.

 

SHIPMENTS
PELLE, is organized to ensure rapid and efficient delivery service as possible.


PELLE, will not repay the portion of the costs required by the carrier in the case of non-delivery, which is why we ask our customers to provide a delivery address manned during working hours.

For each delivery order, the customer must indicate a telephone number (preferably mobile) this to allow the courier to contact him in case of difficulty in delivery.

Should delivery not succeed to fruition for reasons not attributable to PELLE, or express courier, after 2 consecutive passes, custody charges or redelivery will be charged as well as quantified by courier or you can pick up the product at the courier’s clearinghouse.

SHIPPING COST:

The shipping costs are only estimates and will be calculated exactly at the time of purchase, according to billing information and shipping provided to the customer.

TRACK SHIPMENT:

Upon delivery to the carrier of your order you will receive an email with a link to trace the path of your purchase.

The product will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of order confirmation.

INSURANCE OF THE SHIPMENT:

PELLE, is not responsible for the transport entrusted to third parties if you wish you can demand an insured shipment for the value you have purchased.

RULES ‘OF ORDER EXECUTION

The receipt of our staff is active for the management of the same in the fastest way possible so that it can be delivered to the courier within five days of receipt.

All orders received Monday through Friday will be shipped within five days of receipt.

At Holiday, will start shipping the first following working day.
